We are looking for self-motivated, highly autonomous individuals that work well by themselves and in a team/ with other trades as we continue to grow our team. This position is Permanent full-time. Leave hours are accrued on 40 hour week, paid lunch break, superannuation paid on 40 hour weeks + other great incentives to ensure our team members feel valued. What we're looking for Electrical Experience (1-2yr+) Current Electrical License/ LVR CPR (Qualified Electrician) Current Open Driver’s License Split system AC license (not mandatory) Positive Attitude and a willingness to learn/ work in a fast-paced environment with humility Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of works completed Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve electrical issues People/Communication skills Ability to pass required pre-liminary checks for inductions (Annual Police Check + Traffic History) What we offer Looking after our team is the most important goal as it ensures our team remains a motivator and retain the same values as our directors which is honesty, fairness, attention to detail which leads to a better understanding and delivery of our electrical services.
