A growing real estate office in Wilston is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager who is ready to take ownership, lead from the front and help shape the future of their property management department. You will manage a boutique portfolio of under 120 properties with the support of an assistant, while helping grow the rent roll and build the team underneath you as the business continues to expand. This is perfect for someone who loves Property Management, but wants more than just being handed a large portfolio and left to survive. Managing a portfolio of under 120 properties No Leasing, ECR's, Routines or Trust Accounting Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Overseeing maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and owner communication Helping improve systems, structure and processes Supporting the growth of the rent roll The Candidate: We are looking for someone who is confident running a portfolio end to end and is ready for that next step into a leadership-style role. To be successful, you will need: At least 2 years’ experience managing a residential portfolio end to end Strong knowledge of Property Management legislation and processes A calm, confident and organised approach The ability to guide and support an assistant Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with Ailo, or the ability to pick up new systems quickly A proactive mindset and genuine care for your clients A long-term approach and interest in growing with the business The Client: Our client is a growing real estate office based in Wilston with a strong focus on quality service, team culture and long-term growth.
