About the Role We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants to join our Home Care team. In this role, you will provide essential personal and domestic support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing. You will work closely with clients to support their daily living needs while promoting independence and respecting their dignity and preferences. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care support including showering, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance Assist clients with mobility and transfers (within scope) Support meal preparation and light household tasks Provide companionship and emotional support Assist clients with transport and community access Observe and report changes in client health or wellbeing Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Follow care plans, organisational policies, and WHS procedures Selection Criteria Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent Previous experience in home care, aged care, or disability support (desirable) Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Current Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow care instructions Genuine passion for supporting older people and vulnerable individuals What We Offer Flexible casual work arrangements Supportive and inclusive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives Career progression within a growing organisation How to Apply Please submit: Resume (CV) Cover letter outlining your experience and availability
