We are committed to supporting clients to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes through high-quality, person-centred care. About the Role We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Home Support Workers to service clients in Runaway Bay and surrounding areas. This role involves providing in-home support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and quality of life for clients. This position requires Monday to Friday availability between 6:00am to 8:00pm, with flexibility to accommodate client care plans and service agreements. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care support including showering, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance Provide in-home support including domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, and general household tasks Assist with meal preparation and basic nutrition support Provide companionship and social support to clients Support clients with community access and transport to appointments (as required) Follow individual care plans and service agreements Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Report any changes in client condition to the care coordination team Work in line with organisational policies, procedures, and WHS requirements Selection Criteria Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or home care (desirable but not essential) Availability Monday to Friday between 6:00am to 8:00pm Flexibility to adjust shifts based on client needs and service requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Current Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle Genuine passion for supporting clients to live independently What We Offer Flexible weekday shifts with consistent client opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing training and development Meaningful work supporting clients in their homes Opportunity for long-term, regular shifts for reliable staff How to Apply Please submit: Resume (CV) Cover letter outlining your experience and availability
