Dental Hygienist, OHT East Adelaide Dental Studio Glenside, Adelaide SA Dental (Healthcare & Medical) Contract/Temp 55 to 62 per hour East Adelaide Dental Studio is looking for a Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist to join our team while our current OHT takes 12 months leave. We are a busy, modern cosmetic and general dental practice with a strong focus on high quality dentistry and patient care. Our practice has a strong focus on high quality dental care and we offer a wide range of treatment including restorative, cosmetic, general and implant dentistry in a calm and welcoming environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and enjoys building good relationships with patients and working as part of a close team. The position can be either full time or part time depending on the applicant. What you'll be doing Performing dental hygiene procedures such as scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain and improve patients' oral health Assisting the dentist during examinations Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining good dental health Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Collaborating with the dental team to provide the best possible patient care What we're looking for Qualification as a Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist Current registration with AHPRA Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, however willing to consider all applicants Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team What we offer At East Adelaide Dental Studio, we are committed to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
