We are seeking an experienced RTO Administration Officer to join the dynamic team at the College of Australian Early Childhood Educators (CAECE) in Springwood, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Key respnsibilities Provide end-to-end administrative support across the student lifecycle Maintain accurate student records in line with RTO, AVETMISS and compliance requirements Assist with AVETMISS reporting and data quality assurance Support administration of Queensland Government funded programs (e.g. User Choice, Career Start, Career Boost) Manage data entry and reporting within Student Management Systems (SMS) Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and student access Assist with CRICOS-related administration, including international student record management Use and maintain records within PRISMS (Provider Registration and International Student Management System) where required Liaise with students, trainers, employers and stakeholders to provide timely support Assist with enrolments, onboarding, progression tracking and completions Ensure compliance with ASQA Standards for RTOs, CRICOS and internal policies Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes About you You are a proactive, detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
