The types of roles we source for involve maintaining and evolving enterprise network services across on-premises, data centre and cloud-connected environments, spanning BAU operations, project delivery and managed services. The scope and seniority of each role will vary to what matters is that you seek to grow your career. Types of Responsibilities You May Be Involved In: Support or lead the operation, configuration and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, data centre and cloud-connected environments, including routing, switching and firewall services. Assist with or independently manage network connectivity between on-premises environments, external services and cloud-hosted networks such as Azure. Monitor network performance, availability and capacity, and contribute to incident and service request resolution in line with ITIL frameworks. Work within relevant security frameworks including the ISM and PSPF, with involvement in security accreditation activities scaling to your experience level. Contribute to change, problem and capacity management activities, and maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures. Experience and Skills We Are Looking For: Experience in network or gateway engineering within enterprise environments. Exposure or hands on technical expertise across routing, switching and network security. Administering enterprise networks in a multi-vendor environment, including technologies from Cisco, Fortinet, F5, HPE and Palo Alto. Enterprise WAN services, including connectivity between on-premises environments and public cloud platforms such as Azure. Knowledge of or working experience in ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks. An ability to contribute to technical documentation, design work or operational procedures, commensurate with your experience.
