Due to continued organisational growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our fantastic team based in Cairns. In this role, you will provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support across the full project lifecycle, from tender and pre-contracts through to project execution and completion. The role works collaboratively across the business, supporting Project Managers, Contracts Administrators, Tendering and Pre-Contracts teams, and HR to ensure effective project establishment, mobilisation, governance, and delivery. The position plays a key role in maintaining document control, coordinating resources and logistics, and supporting commercial and reporting requirements to enable safe, compliant, and efficient project outcomes Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support across tendering, mobilisation, delivery, and closeout.  Coordinate project setup, mobilisation activities, and document control systems.  Coordinate onboarding, compliance documentation, inductions, and workforce scheduling  Arrange travel and logistics for personnel, including mobilisation to site.  Support reporting, maintaining project registers and accurate documentation.  Assist with progress claims, cost tracking, and contract administration tasks.  Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams; coordinate meetings and actions.  Ensure adherence to company systems and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements. About you:? Experience in a project administration role within construction, mining, or infrastructure  Demonstrated understanding of the project lifecycle from tender through to delivery and completion  Familiarity with site-based project activities and mobilisation requirements  Strong document control and reporting experience  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems  High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail  Requirements:?
