Feedback: Continuous improvement through honest feedback. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of properties (between 120 to 150, depending on personal capacity). This is end to end property management with support provided by our Leasing Consultant and Property Management Assistant to handle leasing, leases renewals, inspections and compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople. Ensure consistent and effective communication with all stakeholders. Demonstrate empathy and care while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service. Take ownership of your portfolio and continuously strive to improve your own and the team’s performance. Skills and Qualifications Experience as a Property Manager or a PMA ready to take the next step. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage independently. Alignment with our core values. Proactive, reliable, takes initiative and able to solve problems creatively. Driver’s license and own vehicle required. Tech-savvy with a strong attention to detail. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to contribute to our high-performing culture. Compensation and Benefits: Salary and Bonuses: With opportunity for bonuses, you can earn upwards of 95K+. Bonuses are tied to management fee income, with significant additional incentives for referrals across our business departments. Team Support; Leasing Consultant and 2 x Property Management Assistants to help you. Flexibility with work-from-home options once you’re fully onboard and comfortable in the role.
