Referrer Liaison Officer RRD Imaging Carseldine, Brisbane QLD Medical Imaging (Healthcare & Medical) Full time $35 – $45 per hour Referrer Liaison Officer (Healthcare Sales) Carseldine Radiology – Brisbane North QLD Full-time About the Role A Carseldine Radiology is seeking a driven and results-oriented Referrer Liaison Officer to join our team and play a key role in the growth of our new, state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging clinic. This is a field-based role focused on building strong relationships with local GPs, specialists, allied health providers, and dental referrers, with the objective of increasing patient referrals and supporting clinic growth across all imaging modalities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with GPs, specialists, allied health providers, and dental practices Conduct regular face-to-face visits and engagement activities within the Brisbane North catchment Promote imaging services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, Mammography, BMD, and Dental Imaging (OPG/CBCT) Educate referrers on clinical pathways, service offerings, and booking processes Identify new referral opportunities and implement strategies to increase referral volumes Track and report on referral activity, trends, and performance Support marketing initiatives, GP education events, and networking activities Gather and communicate referrer feedback to improve service delivery About You Proven experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or medical liaison roles Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively Highly organised with strong time management skills Desirable Experience in radiology or diagnostic imaging Understanding of Medicare (MBS) and referral pathways Existing relationships with GPs and specialists in Brisbane North What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives (uncapped earning potential) Opportunity to play a key role in launching and growing a new radiology clinic Supportive and dynamic team environment Career growth opportunities as the organisation expands Location Brisbane North (Carseldine and surrounding areas) If you are a motivated healthcare sales professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
