CMMS Programmer Bunge Adelaide SA Maintenance (Engineering) Contract/Temp, Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights CMMS Programmer (Maximo) 6?month fixed?term contract Supportive and collaborative Maintenance and Engineering team Eastwood office location, minutes from the Adelaide CBD About the role We are seeking an experienced and systems?focused CMMS Programmer (Maximo) to support our Maintenance and Engineering team on a 6?month contract based in our Eastwood office. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You will be working alongside and assisting the CMMS Asset Manager as well as Maintenance Managers, Reliability stakeholders, and broader business teams to ensure the system reflects operational needs, contains high?quality data, and supports effective maintenance planning. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, responding to changing priorities and providing valuable system insights and support to end?users. Duties Implement ongoing improvements to Maximo based on business requirements Optimise preventative maintenance (PM) routines to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timing Provide user support, troubleshooting, and guidance Develop and deliver CMMS (Maximo) training and assist mentoring staff Monitor data quality, consistency, and compliance across assets, work orders, and PM tasks Manage user access levels, onboarding, and configuration updates Provide asset management data and insights to broader business areas Identify training requirements to support movement towards a reliability?centred maintenance culture About You Experience using a CMMS (Maximo preferred) Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills Strong technical capability and confidence using business systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Ability to work independently, be proactive, and manage competing priorities Sound problem?solving skills and initiative Experience in maintenance, engineering, or asset management environments (desirable) About us Bunge connects farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
