Catering Supervisor Newlands Golf and Country Club Location 21025 48 Avenue Langley, BC Salary 20.50 to 22.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 32 to 40 hours per week Full time Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Prepare food order summaries for chef Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Establish work schedules Advertised until 2026-05-05
