This role suits someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working through tasks, and being part of a practical, well-run workshop. We’re a small, friendly team where the office and workshop work closely together to keep things running smoothly. Hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm Thursday off About the Role Booking estimates and managing the job schedule Responding to customer enquiries (phone, email, in person) Creating and maintaining job files Assisting with parts coordination when required Liaising with insurers and assessors Keeping workflow organised between office and workshop General admin support Experience Experience in a panel shop, mechanical workshop, dealership or similar environment OR Admin experience in a busy, task-based role Highly Regarded iBodyShop or similar systems Parts or supplier coordination Insurance repair processes
