These roles focus on supporting individuals with a range of disabilities, including those with psychosocial disabilities living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments or in the community. You demonstrate professional boundaries, strong communication skills, and an ability to remain calm and confident in dynamic environments. Highly Regarded Experience Supporting NDIS participants to build independence and life skills Knowledge and experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities Working with participants with a range of disabilities Experience in SIL or residential care environments Following Positive Behaviour Support Plans and safety procedures Preferred Qualifications Certificate III (or higher) in Youth Work, Mental Health, Disability, Community Services, and/or extensive experience Essential Requirements NDIS Worker Check Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Valid driver’s licence and reliable, fully insured vehicle Apply Today If you are ready to make a meaningful impact and grow your career in disability support, we would love to hear from you.
