Assistant Kitchen Manager Perla Oyster Bar Location Woodbridge, ON Salary 36.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week Full time Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education College/CEGEP Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules Requisition food and kitchen supplies Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Hire food service staff Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Address customers' complaints or concerns Prepare and submit reports Establish work schedules Between 03:30 p.m. and 04:30 p.m. Until: 2026-04-18
