We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Associate ready to make calls. Overview: As a Sales Support professional, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our sales process, managing buyer inquiries and interacting with vendors , and providing exceptional support to our sales team. Your understanding of the real estate industry and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. Job Role: Lead generation and prospecting for potential Building strong client relationships Booking appraisals for lead agents Building/growing a database Admin tasks Coordinating and hosting open house inspections and private viewings Providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey Continuously developing your industry knowledge and staying up-to-date with market trends Responsibilities: Assisting in their property search, providing tailored support and guidance throughout the purchasing process. Manage and respond to buyer inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate property viewings and open homes, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers. Keep accurate records of buyer preferences and feedback to assist in future sales strategies. Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing administrative support and helping to prepare sales documentation. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and developments. Contribute to marketing efforts and client communication to enhance the agency's reputation and reach. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a sales role (preferred but not a must). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service focus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems is an advantage.
