About the Role: We are seeking experienced and caring Disability Support Workers to provide direct support to individuals with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to help participants achieve their personal goals and improve their daily living outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver person-centred care and daily living support aligned with NDIS standards. Assist participants with personal care, meal preparation, mobility, and medication support. Promote social inclusion and community participation activities. Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and progress notes. Liaise effectively with clients, families, and allied health professionals. Uphold workplace health and safety and organisational compliance standards. Skills and Qualifications Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services) or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in disability or community services (preferred). Current First Aid and CPR certification. National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (mandatory). Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring attitude.
