Your Key Responsibilities Plan and prepare a variety of dishes cooked over charcoal Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste to meet company standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards Requirements Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen for at least 1 year Have relevant trade qualifications and skills Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations Strong knowledge and competence cooking over charcoal Excellent communication and teamwork skills Availability to work full time, including weekends The role is 4 straight shifts, approx 38-42 hours a week. Thursday to Sunday.
