Planning and Cost Control Engineer Region: Ras Tanura Planning Engineer to Industrial Construction Project Ras Tanura, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia Permanent Position: We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer for a major Industrial Construction Project in Ras Tanura. The ideal candidate will have strong project controls experience in large-scale industrial or EPC construction environments. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Minimum 8 years’ experience in planning/project controls At least 5 years’ experience in Middle East (KSA preferred) PMP certification from Project Management Institute or equivalent (mandatory) Proven experience in industrial construction / capital projects Advanced expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 (mandatory) Strong background in cost control, forecasting and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage baseline project schedule Monitor progress and perform critical path analysis Lead cost control, forecasting and trend analysis Conduct Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis Review and approve contractor schedules Manage change control and contract variation orders Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports Coordinate with finance on cash flow forecasting Support benchmarking and project closeout reporting Experience in heavy industrial facilities, processing plants, refineries, or similar large-scale construction projects is preferred.
