Join Our Team as a Marketing Specialist to Brisbane City Are you a creative powerhouse who loves turning ideas into results? We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and take our brand to the next level! You’ll lead digital campaigns, create eye-catching content, and drive engagement across multiple channels. What You’ll Do: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and display networks. Create, edit, and manage photos, videos, graphics, blogs, and promotional materials that capture attention. Manage social media platforms and build vibrant, engaged online communities. Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing dashboards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent, on-brand messaging. Support creative campaigns, branding initiatives, and marketing strategy development. What You Bring: Proven marketing experience with a digital-first mindset. Strong knowledge of social media, email marketing, and marketing automation tools. Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills. Creativity and attention to detail, with experience editing photos/videos using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools. Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM campaigns. Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills. Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or similar analytics tools.
