Warehouse Coordinator ECO Environmental Holdings Pty Ltd Perth WA Warehousing, Storage and Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics) Full time 65,000 to 75,000 per year Low application volume ECO Environmental is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator who can capably manage our busy warehouse operations and provide service support to our experienced technical team. This full time position is located at our Perth warehouse in Burswood and is available for an immediate start. Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or acceptable work visa status. This role reflects the needs of both the rapidly growing environmental services sector and ECO Environmental in particular. The Key Responsibilities for this role include: Managing the dispatch and receipt of ECO's fleet of rental equipment Ensuring that all rental equipment being dispatched is complete and in full working order Assisting with the cleaning and calibration of returned equipment and ensuring all equipment is in complete working order as per ECO's precise procedural standards Managing the receipt of inwards stock and dispatch of stock to customers Management of weekly stocktake to determine stock requirements Managing the paperwork flow in accordance with our processes and procedures Learn ECO's service and repair procedures to assist our Technical team Liaising with ECO's interstate team members as well as the Perth management team. The skills and competencies required to thrive in this role include: Ability to work under pressure to prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines A commitment to excellent service standards for your internal and external clients through ensuring all agreed timelines are met Minimum of 1 years work experience Good written and verbal interpersonal skills and high level attention to detail Computer literacy at a minimum intermediate level A positive, energetic attitude toward all aspects of your work responsibilities Demonstrated common sense and ability to adapt to a variety of commitments during peak periods.
