Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Qualified Carpenter to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity with genuine career progression into Leading Hand, Site Supervisor and Project Management roles. About the Role You will work across a variety of projects including: Residential renovations Insurance rectification works Structural framing and repairs Internal fit-outs External cladding and finishing carpentry Light commercial works You will gain exposure to full project delivery from strip-out through to completion. What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification) Own tools and reliable transport White Card 3+ years post-trade experience preferred Experience in renovations and/or insurance repairs highly regarded Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and within a team Strong communication skills Career Progression Pathway We are not just hiring a carpenter — we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business.
