Barista All Rounder Le Capucin Portsea, Mornington Peninsula and Bass Coast VIC Bar and Beverage Staff (Hospitality and Tourism) Full time 60,000 to 65,000 per year Full Time Barista All-Rounder to Le Capucin, Portsea Immediate start We’re looking for an experienced Barista All-Rounder to join our team at Le Capucin in Portsea in a full-time, long-term role. Ideally, we’re looking for someone local — or someone who wants to become a local and build a lasting relationship with our café and community. You’ll be working on a 3-group machine, producing around 50 kg of coffee per week, so strong barista experience, consistency and speed under pressure are essential. This is a hands-on role — supporting the floor when needed and working closely with a tight, energetic team.
