The Role We are looking for a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to manage the digital presence of our clients and our own brands. You will be responsible for the entire social lifecycle: from ideation and on-site capture to editing, posting, and reporting. You need a native understanding of short-form video and the discipline to manage multiple client calendars simultaneously. This is a small and fast-paced team, you will be a key hire as we transition into our next phase of growth. Who You Are We are small company with big dreams, we move fast. Tasks and Responsibilities Account Management: Manage client social accounts, ensuring all content is captioned, scheduled and posted across IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Content Creation: Film and edit organic-style short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) both on-site and in our Red Hill studio. Strategy and Ideation: Develop content concepts regularly to ensure we never go stale. Brand Growth: Own the Rolling Digital social channels, documenting our internal journey and scaling our presence within the industry. Copywriting: Write clear, human-centric captions and headlines that drive engagement and professional authority. Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide insights to the team on what is resonating with our niche audiences. Experience and Qualifications 1-2+ years’ experience in social media management or content creation for a brand, agency or your personal brand/project Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms and trends. Portfolio: A proven track record of content you have created or accounts you have successfully grown. Work Rights: Australian work rights are required. Key Skills Operational Discipline: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and client deliverables. Proactive Mindset: Ability to identify trends and execute content ideas without waiting for a formal brief. Communication: Excellent on-camera presence and the ability to communicate clearly with high-end clients. Analytical: Comfortable interpreting engagement data to refine content strategy.
