Counter Salesman, Khobar

Counter Salesman Region: Khobar (Al Khobar) Roles and Responsibilities: Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with product selection. Answer customer inquiries and provide information on product features, pricing, and availability. Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales counter. Support inventory management by restocking shelves and the store. Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and courteous manner. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in building materials or hardware products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using basic computer applications. Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing excellent service. Skills: Good organizational and time management abilities. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Employment Type Full-time: 8 working hours per day, 6 days per week.
