We work with NDIS participants, Medicare, aged care and private clients across the lifespan, offering evidence-informed, trauma-informed, and client-centered care. Our Occupational Therapy team supports individuals to enhance their independence, function, and participation in meaningful daily activities. What You'll Be Doing Conduct functional, sensory, psychosocial, and environmental assessments Develop goal-directed, culturally responsive care plans with clients and families Deliver trauma-informed, occupation-based interventions that promote safety, empowerment, and independence Support clients to build capacity in self-care, community participation, and daily living Collaborate closely with other allied health and community partners to ensure integrated, holistic care Measure outcomes using evidence-based tools and contribute to quality improvement initiatives What You'll Bring Qualifications AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist Desired Experience Post-qualification experience, ideally in community or private disability, or trauma-informed settings Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration Basic understanding of NDIS frameworks and clinical documentation standards Confident decision-maker with sound clinical reasoning and ethical judgment Additional Requirements National Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check Current Victorian Driver's License If you're a self-driven professional looking for independence, flexibility, and a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
