Receptionist Paws Galore Veterinary Center Christies Beach, Adelaide SA Receptionists (Administration and Office Support) Full time 29 to 33 per hour Low application volume We're looking for a superstar Veterinary Receptionist! We are currently a small team looking to expand and grow in order to continue to deliver next level service and care to our clients and their pets. Once you come to work with us, you'll never want to leave! The superstar receptionist we're looking for looks a little like this: Do you tick these boxes? Sees work as fulfilling and a place to have fun! Fantastic communicator, happy to work in a team, and independently High on detail. The small things matter to you. Loves order and efficiency! Thrives on knowing they have delivered an amazing customer experience with every single interaction. Have a growth mindset. You love learning and are keen to take on new challenges! Has reception experience, cheery phone manner and a next level friendly disposition that puts our client's minds at ease. Minimum 6 months reception experience required. Loves animals and understands how much joy pets can bring to our lives. (Ideally some background in animal care would be great, but superstar reception skills and a genuine love for animals will do!) A little tech savvy and happy to learn new computer systems, emails, texting, variety of online portals and more! Why would you choose to join our team?
