Call Centre Supervisor Server Center Limited Location Calgary, AB Salary 36.00 hourly / 40 hours per week Full time Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Establish work schedules and procedures Examine and verify the accuracy of work Identify workers’ training needs Prepare and submit reports Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Conduct performance reviews Perform same duties as workers supervised Co-ordinate, assign and review work Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers Supervision Customer service clerk Working groups Additional information Personal suitability Accurate Client focus Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Initiative Interpersonal awareness Judgement Organized Reliability Team player Last Date: 2026-02-13
