This role plays a key part in the smooth running of daily operations and ensures our clients receive timely, accurate and professional support. Prepare documentation including leases, renewal paperwork, inspection notices and routine correspondence. Manage email inboxes, phone enquiries and appointments for the PM team. Maintain up-to-date records across our CRM and compliance systems. Assist with routine inspections, ingoings/outgoings, and report preparation. Organise maintenance work orders, follow up trades, and ensure job completion. Upload property advertisement content and update listings as required. Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with our brand values SKILLS Previous experience in real estate (desired). Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
