Head Chef Prince Albert Hotel Adelaide SA Chefs/Cooks (Hospitality and Tourism) Full time 75,000 to 90,000 per year We're seeking an experienced head chef to join our close knit team. The Prince Albert (PA) is a well-established family owned pub in the CBD with a serious attention to detail and customer experience. We offer a supportive environment with a recently updated kitchen. Importantly we offer a work life balance. A higher hourly rate than some other high paying jobs that expect their staff to exceed 50+ hours a week. Weekend availability is essential for this position but a flexible roster is key for the promoted work life balance. Specific experience in pub, bistro kitchen or gastro style operations is required. You will work as part of a team but must possess the ability to work independently on shift. You need to have an understanding of controlling food and labour costs as well as stock control, food safety and safe working environments.
