Why You Will Love Working With Us Earn 40to55 per hour, plus overtime if you want it Company vehicle, phone allowance, and iPad or tablet provided Uniforms and PPE supplied Paid day off on your birthday Long-term, stable work with interesting projects and quality clients Supportive leadership that understands the trade Strong team culture with regular social events Referral bonus for recommending skilled technicians About the Roles Depending on your skills and experience you may be responsible for: Service, maintenance, and fault-finding across HVACandR systems Installation and commissioning of new systems Running jobs independently and managing sites efficiently Training and mentoring apprentices Delivering high-quality outcomes with safety and professionalism What We Are Looking For Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence Restricted Electrical Licence (RAC) or dual trade qualification Current Australian Driver’s Licence Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card) Solid post-apprenticeship experience Ability to work unsupervised and manage your own jobs Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Strong communication skills with customers and teammates Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance We value technicians who are reliable, honest, and take ownership of their work.
