Desk side Support Technician First Tec Pro Location Moose Jaw, SK Salary 29.85 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Give access to computer networks Report on the performance of computer systems and networks Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts Participate in the redesign of applications and other software Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations Provide customer service Manage incidents Closing Date: 2026-02-03
