We are hiring Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to play a key role as an AAMI Specialists. Start Date: Wednesday, 5 February 2026 Engagement Centres: Monday 12 January 2026 to Wednesday 14 January 2026 Held at our Contact Centre Hub in Townsville. Shift Pattern: This role is a Part-Time Role offering: Option 1: 30 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, Start window 09:00am -11:00am (During daylight savings 8:00am - 10:00am) Option 2: 30 hours per week - Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Start window 08:00am - 10:00am (During daylight savings 7:00am - 9:00am) Please note: ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown. What You’ll Be Doing As an AAMI Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across Australia. You’ll complete a 7-week, full-time, paid training program held at our Townsville office, equipping you with everything you need to succeed in the role. Please note: You’ll be required to work full-time from our Townsville office during the training period. Once complete, you’ll move to your selected shift pattern and transition to our flexible hybrid working model. Home Office Setup Requirements As this is a hybrid role, you’ll work from both the office and home.
