Work setting General office Responsibilities: Consult with clients to determine the type, style and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered Generate building plans and detailed drawings to be used by contractors and tradespersons Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects Prepare documents showing both the structural needs and the materials required for construction Conceptualize and design buildings and develop plans describing design specifications, building materials, costs and construction schedules Perform architectural research Supervision of technologists, technicians and other architects Supervision 1 to 2 people Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Membership in the Provincial Association of Architects Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge MS Office MS Project AutoCAD Autodesk REVIT Type of related experience Architecture Architectural specialization New construction Renovation Commercial Residential construction Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Benefits Health benefits Health care plan Until 2026-01-21
