Location Langley, BC Salary 36.65 hourly / 32 to 35 hours per week Full time Morning, Day Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Other benefits Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Implement new administrative procedures Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Perform data entry Train staff Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Monitor and evaluate Plan and control budget and expenditures Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge Social Media Spreadsheet MS Excel MS Office MS Outlook MS Word Benefits Other benefits Free parking available Until: 2026-01-11
