The Role: Our work at Elekt is varied with a focus on Residential and Commercial Maintenance projects and new architectural homes. We are currently looking for someone to oversee our architectural homes division; running projects, managing a team and taking a leadership role. Previous experience in architectural homes is highly regarded in the application process. Architectural & High-End Residential Experience This role will oversee the electrical delivery of our architectural home builds, working closely with builders, designers, and clients to achieve exceptional outcomes. Our projects demand precision, foresight, and pride in craftsmanship from the very first stages of construction. Our current homes typically include: Exposed concrete finishes, requiring meticulous planning and flawless execution Specialised and feature lighting systems, both functional and architectural Landscape and exterior lighting integrated into the overall design Custom electrical solutions tailored to high-end residential builds These projects require an intense level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to pre-plan electrical works from the ground up. You must be confident coordinating services early, anticipating challenges before they arise, and delivering clean, considered results in premium environments We work with some of Brisbane's best architects and builders who expect high quality work and exceptional solutions.
