Mid-Level Salesman to Construction (Reinforced Concrete and Steel Structures) Region: Khobar (Khobar) Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia Company Overview: A growing contracting company specialized in reinforced concrete and steel structure projects is seeking to expand its sales team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The company focuses on industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects and aims to build long-term partnerships with key clients in the region. Role Summary: The Salesman will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s reinforced concrete and steel structure services in the Eastern Province. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of the local construction market and can communicate effectively in both Arabic and English (mid-level English). Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new clients (contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients) in the Eastern Province construction market. Promote the company’s reinforced concrete and steel structure solutions and services. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts. Conduct regular client visits, site visits, and technical meetings as needed. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as agreed with management. Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the region. Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover. Requirements: Proven experience (3to6 years) in sales within the construction sector, preferably in reinforced concrete, steel structures, or related building materials in Saudi Arabia. Strong network with consultants, contractors, and project owners in the Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail, etc.). Good understanding of construction processes for reinforced concrete and steel structure projects. Language: Native Arabic speaker with intermediate / conversational English (able to communicate with clients, write emails, and handle basic technical discussions in English). Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama (if applicable). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
