Conveyancing Assistant EB Conveyancing Hobart TAS Property Law (Legal) Full time 60,000 to 70,000 per year EB Conveyancing are Tasmania’s award-winning conveyancing firm with a strong reputation for excellence and client service. We specialise in residential conveyancing transactions and we’re seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our growing team. WHO WE NEED As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Conveyancers in residential conveyancing matters, from initial instruction through to settlement. Preparing legal documentation; Liaising with Clients, Agents, Lenders and other Industry Professionals (Solicitors, Conveyancer’s and Brokers); Maintain accurate records and file notes throughout the transaction; and Provide excellent customer service to our Clients. About You: Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills and mathematical skills; A professional and client-focused attitude; Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Familiarity with LEAP would be advantageous. Experience in the Legal, Conveyancing or Real Estate Industry would be extremely advantageous to any applicant. Why Join Us?
