Dynamic Receptionist cum Business Development, Dubai

We are currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team on-site at a leading IT Company in JLT, Dubai. As the face of our organization, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our visitors and clients. Responsibilities: Warmly greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Manage incoming phone calls, redirecting them appropriately, and responding to inquiries Handle emails and letters promptly and efficiently Perform various general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for the management team Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not required Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred Experience in a professional services company is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is desirable This is a full-time position, and the company will provide health insurance and visa sponsorship for the selected candidate.
