Material Engineer Region: Dammam (Dammam) General Requirement Shall have very good command of spoken and written English for technical writing and commercial communication. Education: Shall have a B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, or equivalent. Experience: Shall have 4-6 years’ experience in procurement of industrial materials for manufacturing, plant construction, chemical, or oil industry.
