We are seeking a reliable and highly skilled Seamstress to take full charge of our shop’s sewing and alteration services. As the sole operator in the shop, you will be responsible for everything from greeting customers and taking measurements to completing the technical sewing work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and taking precise measurements.
Independent Execution: Handling all alterations, repairs, and tailoring tasks from start to finish.
Shop Management: Maintaining a clean workspace and managing the flow of orders to ensure timely delivery.
Quality Control: Ensuring every garment meets professional standards before the customer picks it up.
Hiring : Ability to judge the skill levels of other tailors for recruitment.

Requirements

Strong experience in tailoring and alterations (must be able to work without supervision).
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customer orders.
Professionalism and honesty, as you will be managing the shop independently.
Expertise in operating and maintaining sewing machinery.
