Sales Executive, Riyadh

Sales Executive Region: Riyadh (Riyadh) We are hiring an ambitious Sales Executive to drive business growth across Saudi Arabia within the hospitality sector. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with strong experience in FFandE or OSandE who enjoys hunting new business, building senior-level relationships, and closing deals in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Own and grow B2B and project-based sales across KSA. Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, hospitality suppliers, designers, architects, and procurement firms. Conduct 12to15 qualified client meetings per week. Target hotel groups, resorts, and large-scale developments. Identify new hotel openings and refurbishment projects. Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets. Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial terms. Work closely with regional HQ for tenders, quotations, and sales support. Maintain accurate CRM updates and report weekly sales progress. Travel across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Medina. Represent the brand at trade shows and industry exhibitions. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FF and E or OS and E within hospitality. Strong, established network in the hospitality industry (essential). Proven success in closing sales and managing multiple opportunities. Fluent in Arabic and English. Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Strong planning and time management skills. Confident communicator with a friendly, professional personality. Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face client meetings. Valid Saudi driving license and own car (required)
